REFUND POLICY


If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your passport and other supporting documents are received by The Passport Store you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order without any penalties or charges using the cancel function in your account when logged in or by calling our service line. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the gopvernment fee and The Passport Store's service as well. As for shipping you will be charged the return shipping fee if your documents have arrived in our office and they need to be shipped back to the client. If a client has provided a pre-paid airbill then the no return shipping fee will be charged. However, if you decide to cancel an order for a 24 hour passport service and it has been over 24 hour since the order was placed a refund will not be issued as 24 hour passport service slots are very limitied and it is based off of a first come first serve reservation system. 

If an order is placed for online services there is no cancellation available as these services; Electronic Visas, Document Pre-checks, Embassy Registarion, all are processed instantly once the order is placed. If there is an error in the online services thats needs to be corrected it will be corrected at no additional cost to the applicant. 

Once The Passport Store receieves any documentation for a passport or visa application and it is submitted for processing a cancellation option will not be available under any circumstances.
